David Reinhardt graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Biology before attending the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his internship as the chief intern at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is licensed by the state of Pennsylvania to practice medicine. He is certified by the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics.

Dr. Reinhardt's honors include Chief Resident at Memorial Hospital, Sinai Hospital and Polyclinic Medical Center, Chief Intern at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Bronze Medal for Dad Vail Regatta Freshman Heavyweight and Philadelphia All-Catholic in Rowing.
