Seth Krum graduated from the University of Miami with a B.S. in Chemistry before attending the University of Health Sciences’ College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at Metropolitan Hospital and his residency in orthopedic surgery at Millcreek Community Hospital. Krum is licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine. He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery.

Dr. Krum is affiliated with Holy Redeemer Hospital. His professional appointments have included the Standard Setting Committee for the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery, Team Physician for LaSalle University Basketball and Football, Orthopedic Consultant for LaSalle University Athletic Department, and Team Physician for Division One East Regional NCAA Tournament. His current professional appointment through 2005 is as Chairman for Standard Setting Committee for American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery.

Dr. Krum's professional memberships include the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society, Philadelphia Orthopedic Society, the American Osteopathic Association, Pennsylvania Medical Society, Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association and the American Osteopathic Foundation.
