Robert Mannherz graduated from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. with a B.S.
before attending Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his
internship at Framingham Union Hospital in Massachusetts and residencies in
Orthopaedic Surgery at Albert Einstein Medical Center, Shriners Hospital for
Crippled Children and Jefferson Hand Rehabilitation Center all in Philadelphia.
He also completed a sports medicine fellowship at the Alabama Sports Medicine
Center in Birmingham, Alabama. He is licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board
of Medicine. He is certified with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and
is a diplomat of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the National
Board of Medical Examiners.
Dr. Mannherz's honors include being elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical
Honor Society. His appointments include Medical Director at Holy Redeemer
Sports Medicine Center and Chairman of the Orthopaedic Surgery Division at Holy
Redeemer Hospital.
Dr. Mannherz's professional memberships include Pennsylvania Orthopaedic
Society, Philadelphia Orthopaedic Society, American Academy of Orthopaedic
Surgeons, Orthopaedic Alumni Association of Albert Einstien Medical Center,
American Sports Medicine Fellowship Society and Philadelphia Orthopaedic Sports
Medicine Society.
